The Avia B-534 is a Czechoslovak biplane fighter. During 1932, work had commenced on the development of a new single engined biplane fighter aircraft, the Avia B-34, which had been designed by aeronautical engineer František Novotný.

The Avia B.534 Graf Zeppelin aircraft was developed by the Czechoslovak aviation company Avia during the 1930s. It was designed as an advanced biplane fighter aircraft to replace the earlier Avia B.34. The development of the B.534 began in 1933, with the first prototype flying in May 1934.

Early B.534s had an open cockpit, but a sliding hood was introduced on later aircraft.
